WA Secretary Of State Website Experiences Outages
As of 11 a.m. on election day, the the SOS website was "unavailable."

OLYMPIA, WA - The Washington Secretary of State's website was suffering intermittent outages Tuesday morning. Just before 11 a.m., visitors to the site got a message that said "service unavailable."
The site came back online a few minutes later, but quickly went down again, but was back as of 11:15 a.m. Secretary of State spokesman Erich Ebel said Kim Wyman's office is looking into what's causing the static.
The Secretary of State's website offers a number of services for voters, including voter guides, ballot return statistics, ballot tracking and more.
