Beyond traditional shelters, the KCRHA said Seattle and King County libraries operating their regular hours should offer another place to warm up during the day for anyone without adequate access to heat. Other options include malls like the Outlet Collection and the Westfield Southcenter Mall, along with the Seattle Center Armory.
