Washington Woman Wins Oscar For Costume Design
Colleen Atwood won an Oscar for her work on "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."

SEATTLE, WA - A Washington native won her fourth Academy Award on Sunday night for her work on the Harry Potter prequel "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them."
Colleen Atwood, who is originally from Yakima, won an Academy Award for best costume design. She graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle.
But even if you're not familiar with "Fantastic Beasts," you've probably seen Atwood's work before. She designed Hannibal Lecter's costume - creepy mask and all - and Edward Scissorhands' namesake appendages.
