Water Main Break Closes Dearborn Park Elementary
The school was reportedly not damaged by the water main break.

SEATTLE, WA - Dearborn Park Elementary was closed for the day Friday due to a water main break near the school. The school is located off of South Orcas Street in the Beacon Hill neighborhood in South Seattle.
The school district reported the break around 8 a.m. Friday and said that there was no damage to the school, and that all students and staff were safe. The cause of the break was unknown as of Friday morning.
No word on cause of water main break. All students and staff are safe. Crews on the scene now.
