Who Is Hiring? Here Are Job Openings In Washington
The coronavirus pandemic has forced layoffs, closures and record high unemployment, but there are still businesses hiring in Washington.
WASHINGTON —Last week 100,762 Washingtonians filed for unemployment for the first time, joining the more than one million people across Washington who are claiming unemployment benefits during the pandemic.
But as unemployment levels have skyrocketed, a good number of employers are still searching for workers in Washington.
The employment site Indeed.com has listed scores of jobs that have opened even as the virus continues and many businesses remain closed.
