'Widespread Smoke' And Heat Return: Puget Sound Forecast

Temperatures in the mid or upper 80s all week, plus a good chance of smoke on Monday.

SEATTLE, WA — Is this Washington or Arizona? It's going to be dry and hot this week with a good chance that Canadian wildfire smoke will return on Monday. And, Monday will mark the 51st day in a row around Puget Sound with no measurable rain*.

Seattle-Bellevue

Monday: Widespread smoke before 11am. Sunny, with a high near 85. North northwest wind 5 to 11 mph.

Monday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 63. Northeast wind around 10 mph.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 85. Northwest wind 3 to 7 mph.

Tuesday Night: Clear, with a low around 66. North wind 5 to 10 mph becoming east northeast in the evening.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 87.

Wednesday Night: Clear, with a low around 64.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 85.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 61.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 83.

Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 62.


Puyallup-Lakewood

Monday: Widespread smoke, mainly before noon. Sunny, with a high near 84. North northeast wind 3 to 8 mph.

Monday Night: Patchy smoke before midnight. Mostly clear, with a low around 58. North wind 6 to 8 mph becoming west northwest after midnight.

Tuesday: Sunny, with a high near 83. Light west northwest wind.
