Woman Murdered At Illegal Seattle Marijuana Grow: SPD
The woman may have been shot, but investigators are still trying to figure out how she died.

SEATTLE, WA - A woman was murdered Thanksgiving night at an illegal marijuana growing operation in the Rainier Valley. The woman may have been shot during a burglary, but investigators are still trying to determine what happened.
Medics responded to a home at 7115 44the Avenue South at 11 p.m. Thursday on a report of a gunshot victim. Medics and police tried to revive the woman, but she was pronounced dead at the scene. The King County Medical Examiner will determine the woman's cause of death.
Upon further inspection, SPD detectives found signs that someone had tried to burglarize the home.
