• S.C.O.T. scholarships awarded to two recent Shorecrest graduates (shorelineareanews.com) — Two recent Shorecrest High School graduates are heading to college with up to $10,000 each from long-running S.C.O.T. scholarships coordinated through the Shoreline Public Schools Foundation. Funded by retired Shorecrest teacher Stephen Growdon and his wife Kristi, the awards recognize academics, activities, service, and financial need, and will transition to administration by The Seattle Foundation starting with the Class of 2027.
