Ask a question and get an answer at the first ever community sponsored Lake Forest Park Town Hall on Wednesday, May 20th, 6:30- Open House, 7–8:30 Program at the Third Place Commons.
LFP is busy. Fish passages, traffic circles, traffic detours, staff changes, Police chief retirement, housing codes changing and who knows what else? Local community organizations along with local volunteers organized the May 20th Town Hall so that residents can learn what their Mayor and City councilmembers are working on for our LFP community. This will be followed by a question-and-answer session for residents to express their desires and questions.

After disappearing during the pandemic, the beloved giant chess set is finally coming back! Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. as we celebrate the return of this iconic community favorite to Third Place Commons.
Thanks to an incredible team of volunteers, the oversized chess pieces have been fully restored and paired with a newly designed custom board, ready once again for players of all ages and skill levels.
Enjoy a morning of chess, community, and fun featuring:

We are so thrilled to be hosting our annual summer Gobble Up 
event at Lake Union Park again this year! Since its beginnings in 2017, 
Gobble Up has grown to be one of our most beloved festivals of the year,
 as it provides all of our fabulous small batch food producers the 
chance to get their delicious products into your hands (and bellies)! 
The summer version of this show will be taking place at Lake Union Park,
 where you’ll be able to enjoy the summer weather, an amazing view of 
the lake, and the chance to shop with 75+ of our fantastic foodie small 
businesses and food trucks, under the sun! YES PLEASE!

Urban Craft Uprising was founded in the winter
 of 2005 to showcase the work of independent crafters, artists and 
designers — to provide a unique, high quality, hand-crafted alternative 
to “big box” stores and mass produced goods. At our Summer Show, you can
 now find 130+ makers all selling handmade goods both indoors and out, 
including jewelry, housewares, clothing, toys, bath &amp; body products,
 candles, and so much more! We are so thrilled to be bringing back a two-day summer event
 at Magnuson Park Hangar 30. We’ll also have food trucks and booths set 
up in the North Lot so you can refuel with a delicious meal and some 
sweet treats. Our Summer Show is free to attend, and we can’t wait to 
see you!
