Beware 3-Digit Phishing Scam

The state attorney general is reporting a few cases of phising attempts coming from 3-digit phone numbers.

The callers play a pre-recorded message that claims the phone owner's Washington Mutual credit card has been locked and gives instructions on how to unlock it.

This is obviously a scam, made worse by the fact that Washington Mutual is now Chase.
