In celebration of Teachers Appreciation Week 2011, myCommunityPlace is holding a contest for Washington State’s Favorite Teachers!

We are accepting submissions in our Vote for Your Favorite Teacher 2011 Contest.

myCommunityPlace knows that supporting students, teachers, and schools is more important than ever in light of the tough budget cuts facing many districts. That is why we are offering students, in celebration of Teachers Appreciation Week, the opportunity to recognize their favorite teachers for their hard work and dedication.

The contest is open to all Washington State students enrolled in an accredited K-12 public or private school. Students simply visit www.mycommunityplace.com to submit their favorite teacher's name.

Enter to win these prizes for teachers, students, and schools:

First Prize Teacher: iPad 2, Student: iPod touch, School: $1,000 check

Second Prize Teacher: iPad 2, Student: iPod nano, School: $500 check
