
Conference attendees are fortunate that we were able to recruit "Special Occasions"catering for the North King County Green Business Conference. Owner and Executive Chef Brian Blake has has been in the catering business over 30 years. His experience has earned him a reputation for combining superb food with an eye for detail that is forever present in his creations.
Attendees will be treated to Tropical Chicken - Chicken Breast adorned with Pineapple Kiwi Salsa!, (Vegetarian entree available upon request), Pilaf, Roasted Vegetables seasoned with Herb d'Provence, Salad, Rolls, butter and a Fudge Brownie for dessert.
