From the course description:
"Sustainability Action Plan. The capstone project in this course requires that students develop a Sustainability Action Plan that provides a current benchmark as well as a pathway for sustainable action for a real or fictional business. Ideally, students will meet individually or in teams with a representative(s) from a community partner organization and receive at least an initial orientation to the organization, as well as minor assistance from the community partner representative(s) in collecting or obtaining data and other information necessary to complete the Sustainability Action Plan."
