Trail Building at Grace Cole Nature Park

Volunteers will create a trail through the forest at Grace Cole Nature Park in Lake Forest Park.   Supervision provided by Volunteers for Outdoor Washington.

Please arrive at the park, NE 166th and 30th Ave. NE, at 9 AM.  Work will continue until 2:30.  Gloves and tools will be provided.  Please bring your lunch and water.  Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.

Adults and students are encouraged to participate.  Students under the age of 18 should have a release signed by a parent or guardian.  Community service credit.

To reach the park go south from NE 178th St. on 28th Ave. NE in Lake Forest Park.  28th Ave. will go straight for about 3/4 mile.  You will see Grace Cole Nature Park on your right just before the road loops to the left.  Small parking lot, or park to side of street. Watch for soft shoulder.
