Court of Appeals to Hear Developer's Appeal of Point Wells Decision Wednesday

Washington Court of Appeals will hear appeal at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday

Last year, Save Richmond Beach and the Town of Woodway asked King County Superior Court to overturn the vesting and put an injunction on the Point Wells development project because it didn’t comply with the State Environmental Policy Act. Save Richmond Beach and the Town of Woodway won and the developer, Blue Square Real Estate appealed, citing the Washington State’s vested rights doctrine.

The appeal will be heard this Wednesday November 7 at 9:30 a.m. in the Washington State Court of Appeals.
