Early Morning Fire Damages Shoreline Park

SHORELINE, WA - A fire broke out early Tuesday morning at a Shoreline park, causing extensive damage to a gazebo and picnic tables.

Firefighters responded to Paramount School Park, 15300 8th Ave Northeast, around 1:30 a.m. on a report of a fire under the gazebo. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the blaze, but a picnic table was completely damaged, as was the gazebo overhang.

Firefighters did not find any incendiary devices at the scene.

Paramount School Park is located near the intersection of 8th Avenue Northeast and Northeast 155th Street.
