Post Clinic
This clinic will focus on post player skills. We will work on developing post position, offensive and defensive footwork, post moves, post passing, and reading the defense. All posts will come away with a stronger fundamental understanding of the post-game. Guards should consider attending this clinic to develop the ability to post up your opponent.
