Lake Forest Park Man Arrested In Death Of Pedestrian Along I-90
A Snoqualmie man was killed near 11:30 p.m. Tuesday while trying to help a broken-down car.

ISSAQUAH, WA - A 42-year-old Lake Forest Park man was arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide after a crash Tuesday night along I-90 that killed a Snoqualmie man. The man who was killed, identified as Robert Thompson, 47, was trying to help another car that was broken down along I-90 about four miles east of Issaquah.
According to Washington State Patrol, the Lake Forest Park man was driving westbound around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday when his car left the roadway and hit the two vehicles that were parked along I-90. Thompson had gotten out of his car and was between his car and the broken down vehicle when the crash happened.
After the crash, Lake Forest Park man continued driving until his car left the road and crashed into a ditch. A 42-year-old Issaquah woman, Brandi Frericks, and her 11-year-old daughter, were also injured. They were the ones whose car was broken down along I-90.
