LFP Farmers Market Ends the Season with Packed Aisles
Vendors say business picked up this year
The final day of the Lake Forest Park Farmers Market was a success by any measure. No rain, busy stalls and lots of summer friends stopping to say goodbye for the season
This is the eighth year for the market, historically funded by the Friends of Third Place Commons and the United Way. This year the Church of the Redeemer in Kenmore stepped up to the plate to make the popular market happen in 2011.
Watch for the winter market days: Nov. 20, 2011 and Dec. 10, 2011. The market is scheduled to return to summer Sundays in May 2012.
