Shoreline Shooting Happened After Fight: Police
The victim went to meet his girlfriend, a 31-year-old from Renton, but ended up in a fight with another man, police said.

SHORELINE, WA - A man shot early Friday morning in Shoreline had been involved in a fight with another man before the shooting, according to the King County Sheriff's Office. The 34-year-old man drove himself to Northwest Hospital after the shooting but was later transferred to Harborview.
The shooting happened around 1:45 a.m. Friday along the 15500 block of Westminster near the Central Market shopping plaza. The victim had gone there to met his girlfriend, according to the sheriff's office, but ended up in a fight with the suspect.
The girlfriend, a 31-year-old woman from Renton, was not injured in the shooting. After the victim was hospitalized, police discovered that the car he was driving was stolen.

Police did not have suspect information or a motive as of 11 a.m. Friday.
