UPDATE: Mitt Romney Slated for Campaign Fundraiser at Meydenbauer Center Thursday, Protest Planned
Mitt Romney is slated for a fundraiser at Meydenbauer Center Thursday afternoon, ahead of Saturday's Washington state Republican Caucus. A group plans a protest of the fundraiser. He'll also meet the public at Highland Community Center in Bellevue.

Mitt Romney, who won primaries in Michigan and Arizona Tuesday night, has plans to attend a campaign fundraiser at the in Bellevue on Thursday, according to the Associated Press.
He has added a public Friday meet and greet at the in Bellevue to his Washington itinerary.
The free event will follow a day after at the in Bellevue on Thursday afternoon and will be ahead of the (Progressive political advocacy group the Meydenbauer event.)

However, Working Washington, a political group that advocates for progressive causes, is organizing a protest of Romney's fundraiser.
The group, which has staged demonstrations at , and at , writes:

When: Thursday, March 1, 2012, 4 pm - 7 pm
Where: Gather at Bellevue City Hall at 4 pm for a march arriving at Meydenbauer Center at 5 pm. Meydenbauer Center is located at 11100 NE 6th Street.

GOP nomination hopefuls Rick Santorum and Ron Paul plan to rally in Washington state this week. Santorum plans on rallies in Eastern Washington, according to KING5. Paul has plans to be in Spokane and Ridgefield, Wash. (in Clark County) on Friday, according to Paul's calendar.
