Photos: Shoreline Schools Staff Fill Baskets For Local Families

School district staff took time to stuff the baskets for local families in need of assistance.

SHORELINE, WA - The local Holiday Baskets drive wrapped up on Dec. 16, collecting food, toys, and gift cards for local families in need of assistance for Christmas. The Holiday Baskets program is a joint effort between the Shoreline PTA Council, the Shoreline Fire Department, Hopelink, the Rotary Club of Lake Forest Park, the City of Shoreline, and the Dale Turner Family YMCA.

On Thursday, the Shoreline School District staff organized items for baskets during a Christmas luncheon. In addition to the items pictured, staff raised $550 in gift cards. Here are a few photos from the event:
