Ribbon Cut at Ross Dress for Less Grand Opening

Check for $1,000 presented by Ross to Snohomish County Boys and Girls Club

Ross Dress for Less held its grand opening Saturday morning with a ribbon cutting by Lake Forest Park Mayor Dave Hutchinson and a presentation of a $1,000 check to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Snohomish County.

Hutchinson said the city was glad to have Ross fill the space at the corner of Lake Forest Park Towne Centre for the shopping options, jobs and tax revenue for the city. The space had been vacant since Gottschalks went out of business in the early 2000s.

A group of boys and girls from the Snohomish County Boys and Girls Club showed up to accept a $1,000 gift from Ross.
