Roger Loschen, Mayor of LFP From 1992-1996 Dies
Loschen was mayor in time of transition

Roger Loschen, the mayor of Lake Forest Park between 1992 and 1996 died on April 3, 2011.
"Roger Loschen was a visionary mayor. He oversaw the increase of the City from 3,400 residents to almost 12,500 residents. He was a leader in a time of transition," Mayor Dave Hutchinson said.
Loschen served Lake Forest Park for 22 years, first on the City Council and then as mayor. This was a time of significant change in Lake Forest Park.
