Shoreline Fire Toy Drive Set For This Saturday

The event will take place at Fred Meyer all day.

SHORELINE, WA - A decades-old local tradition, the Shoreline Firefighters union is hosting its annual toy drive all day Saturday at the Fred Meyer store along Aurora Avenue.

Between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., you'll be able to donate a toy, which the firefighters will then give to a local family in need.

The firefighters are also raising money to donate food and gifts to families. At last check, the firefighters had raised about $1,300 toward a $5,000 goal. You can learn more and donate on their YouCaring.com page.
