UPDATE: Shoreline Blotter: Man With Pistol Robs Richmond Beach Wells Fargo

The following blotter items from Nov. 1- Nov. 8 and information on arrests were supplied by the Shoreline Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction.

NOV 1

DISTURBANCE: A loud house party, in the 1200 block of N.W. Richmond Beach Rd., was in violation of the neighborhood noise ordinance.

ASSAULT: A man pushed his girlfriend from a slowly moving truck in the 600 block of N.W. Richmond Beach Dr.

LIQUOR VIOLATION: A woman called the police to report that her grandson’s friends were causing a disturbance outside of her house. The police arrived to find two males, under the age of 21 and intoxicated.

VANDALISM: Someone threw a large boulder at the front glass door of the Seashore Mini Mart.

BURGLARY: A shed was broken into and tools were stolen.

NOV 3

LOST PROPERTY: A cell phone, belonging to a woman who had been arrested for prostitution, was stolen while she was in custody.

LARCENY: Someone broke into an auto dealership, in the 16200 block of Aurora Ave. N., and stripped a 2006 Ducati SPRT 1000 of nearly all of its parts.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: A man assaulted his girlfriend and killed her pet bird, in a car outside of Goldie’s Casino on Aurora Ave. N.

NOV 4

BURGLARY: An unknown person broke through the window of J & J Cigars with a rock and burglarized the store.

ASSAULT: A 17-year-old punched his mother in the face with a closed fist.

NOV 5

BURGLARY: Unknown suspects broke the door look of the future BECU branch that is currently under construction on Aurora Ave. N. Once inside, they broke through the drywall to enter multiple stores in the strip mall, including a Little Caesars and a tanning salon, and got into their safes.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Two people were involved in a hand-to-hand heroin deal, in a red Honda Accord in the 18200 block of Aurora Ave. N.

FIGHT: Two juveniles were involved in a physical altercation at the Highland Ice Arena.

NOV 6

LIQUOR VIOLATION: An intoxicated 19-year-old male was knocking on stranger’s doors very late at night. When police found him he was belligerent and hopping a backyard fence.

DRUNKENESS: A man who was too drunk to walk, in a Safeway on Aurora Ave. N., was taken to the hospital.

NOV 7

OVERDOSE: A man took too many hits of ecstasy and began convulsing in an apartment in the 900 block of N. 198th St.

OBSTRUCTION: Someone ran a red light and drove for a few blocks before getting out of the car and running into the woods on foot, in the 19200 block of 18th Ave. N.E.

BANK ROBBERY: At Wells Fargo in Richmond Beach, a “scruffy-looking”, white male, in his 40’s or 50’s approached a bank teller, with a silver short-barreled pistol and demanded money.
