Shoreline Police Blotter: Tar Heroin Overdose in McDonald's Bathroom
The following blotter items from Sept. 26- Oct. 2 and information on arrests were supplied by the Shoreline Police Department. The reports do not indicate a conviction

SEPT 26
THREAT: A man was arrested after banging on his mother’s door and threatening to burn her house down.
AUTO THEFT: A car that was parked outside of an auto repair shop on N. 165th St. was stolen, after it had been repaired.

LARCENY: A man stole a fishing pole, food, beer and a tent from Fred Meyer on Aurora Ave. N. The man admitted to stealing the items and said he was bored and homeless.

LARCENY: A student’s iPad was stolen out of a locked classroom at Shorewood High School.
BURGLARY: Someone stole tools out of a shed, behind a house in the 300 block of N.E. 193rd St.
SEPT 28
VANDALISM: A car was seen doing donuts repeatedly on the lawn of a church in the 14000 block of 30th Ave. N.E.
DUI: A driver was arrested for driving while under the influence after rear-ending another vehicle on N. 155th St.
SEPT 29
VANDALISM: A metal flowerpot was thrown through a glass door of a church on 30th Ave. N.E.
LARCENY: A woman ordered food from a deli in Safeway, ate it, then attempted to leave the store without paying.
BURGLARY: An unknown suspect broke into a home in the 1600 block of N. 178th St., and stole a passport and social security card.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: A man bought 48 grams of marijuana and 3.5 grams of cocaine, at the Rodeway Inn on Aurora Ave. N., with his wife and kids in the car.
SEPT 30
OVERDOSE: Someone overdosed on a tar heroin in the bathroom of a McDonald's restaurant on Ballinger Way N.
LARCENY: A man was released from custody after being caught stealing two watches from Fred Meyer.
OCT 1
STOLEN MAIL: Stolen mail was found thrown in bushes on N.W. 191st St. Checks that were also stolen were not found.
PROWLER: A woman reported a strange man standing in her backyard.
OCT 2
RAPE: A dementia patient was raped in a nursing home by an unknown African male.
