Support LFP Cub Scouts Robbed of $2,000+

Two thugs got away with hard earned cash from popcorn sales of Lake Forest Park Cub Scouts

On Sunday, October 9th Kevin Alvis, an assistant Cubmaster was mugged as he approached his vehicle in a parking garage in The University District nearby Trader Joe's off of Roosevelt Way.

The Cub Scouts of Pack 850 worked many hours, selling popcorn in front of Trader Joe’s.  Alvis was stripped of roughly $2,200 after being pushed to the ground.

The money was destined to fulfill a fraction of Pack 850’s annual budget and possibly assist other charities in The Greater Seattle area.
