Thornton Creek Alliance: Thursday Meeting!
Shoreline City Council Member Will Hall and Eric Adman President of the Sno-King Watershed Council will speak.

Shoreline City Councilmember Will Hall will discuss the possibilities presented by the planned Sound Transit stations: rezoning the stations’ walksheds and funding for improvements to Thornton Creek riparian areas and habitat. Will is in his second term on the council and served on Shoreline’s Planning Commission for six years. Will is on the Board of Directors of the Association of Washington Cities as well as the Puget Sound Partnership Ecosystem Coordination Board.

Eric Adman, President of the Sno-King Watershed Council and Adopt-A-Stream Foundation board member will share the successes they have achieved in joining forces with other groups to obtain grants and restore reaches of several creeks: Bear Creek Headwaters; Swamp Creek and Sammamish River Confluence; Hooven Bog; and Squire’s Landing Park (formerly known as Swamp Creek Park).
