Victim In Lake Forest Park Crash Identified
The crash happened early Wednesday morning along SR 522/Bothell Way.

LAKE FOREST PARK, WA - The man killed in a single-car crash in Lake Forest Park early Wednesday morning has been identified by the King County Medical Examiner. Jay Johnston, 72, of Seattle, died of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the medical examiner. His cause of death has been ruled accidental.
The crash happened around 5 a.m. Wednesday along SR 522 (Bothell Way) near Northeast 155th Street. According to police, Johnston was heading westbound along SR 522 when he veered into the eastbound lane and hit a concrete barrier.
The crash closed northbound Bothell Way between Northeast 155th and Northeast 153rd Street, causing traffic delays along the heavily used arterial road.

State patrol and Lake Forest Park police both investigated the accident.
