Amber Alert Issued For Spokane-Area Infant [Update]
Summer Fechner, who is 16 months old, is reportedly with her biological father.
Upate: Fechner was found safely with her father, according to state police.
MEAD, WA - State police Tuesday evening issued an Amber Alert for a 16-month-old girl missing from the Mead area. Summer Fechner was reportedly taken by her father, David Reed, 37. Reed is possibly driving a green 1993 Ford Explorer with the Washington license plate BFW5796.
If you see the vehicle or a girl matching Fechner's description, call 911.
