  1. Washington's Governor Jay Inslee will be traveling to Spokane today. Gov. Inslee will be visiting Spokane Transit officials to discuss the Division Street Bus Rapid Transit project. Then, the governor will be meeting with Gonzaga University students to discuss climate issues and their solutions. Finally, Gov. Inslee will tour the Highland Village Affordable Housing Project to see how their $5.5 million grant is being utilized. (KREM.com)
  2. The body of a missing Cheney woman has been located in the Spokane River. The Spokane Fire Department recovered Loghan Starbuck's body from the river near the Sans Souci Mobile Home Park. A cause of death for the 25-year-old is being investigated by the Spokane County Medical Examiner. (KXLY Spokane)
  3. The Spokane Jewish Cultural Film Festival is running now until Feb. 27 at the Garland Theater. The festival is in its 18th year of operation and has expanded its festival dramatically over the years. It originally started as a celebration spanning one weekend but has grown into a 10-day celebration of Jewish film culture. The festival is being held online and in person. (The Spokesman Review)
