Rubicon's Edge Consulting, founded in 2022, offers compassionate and personalized support for life's most profound transitions. With certified End-of-Life Doula services, Bereavement Support, Life Transitions Coaching, and Positive Intelligence® Coaching, we guide individuals and families through the emotional and spiritual aspects of end-of-life, retirement, and personal growth through life transitions of any character, no matter your age. Our founder, Samantha Potter, is a registered paralegal with 27 years of experience in estate planning and probate and brings a unique perspective to our services, ensuring a holistic approach to living fully according to one's values. Rubicon's Edge Consulting was conceived in 2021 after Samantha was diagnosed with breast cancer. Once the formal cancer treatment was complete in October, 2022 when Samantha received an all-clear & it was declared that no visible cancer was present, the company bloomed into being. Samantha has received formal End-of-Life Doula training from three institutions, and has been certified by Doulagivers and University of Vermont Medical School (certification from INELDA is upcoming). She is also a trained Respecting Choices® First Steps Advance Care Planning Facilitator. Samantha has also completed coaching training through Positive Intelligence®, and her focus is on Positive Psychology modalities. Samantha is a life-long learner, and is currently finalizing another life coaching program through The Dragontree. Rubicon's Edge is Samantha's legacy to the world: to overcome the taboos about speaking of, or even contemplating, death and dying, to assist clients through their ultimate life transition, and to allow all to gracefully face any life transition. Our ideal customer is facing their mortality, adjusting to a life-limiting or terminal diagnosis, or even just preparing for their inevitable end and wish to live as fully as possible, under their own terms, until they die. Through Positive Transitions™, our specialized small group coaching offering, we also support the caregivers of those with severely life-limiting or terminal diagnosed. Rubicon's Edge also offers a 7-week Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) training for anyone struggling with the vicissitudes of life, to build mental fitness in order to deal with whatever challenges they face. Clients may enroll in PQ® training as a stand-alone or bundle it with Life Transitions Coaching centered around their own particular focus for improvement.
