He aims to offer his perspective given City Council’s work over the last year and his legal experience in police practices and support of crime victims.

Council President looks to lend expertise from his thirty years in representing crime victims, law enforcement officers and targets of discrimination. He will also provide some context to recent state legislative reforms from his expertise in police practices in our legal system, the 4th Amendment to the U.S Constitution, and working with the Washington State Legislature on police reform.
