First, today's weather:

Here are the top three stories in Spokane today:
- A reward has been offered for information leading to an arrest in the case of Joseph Quinn's murder. The Spokane County Sherriff's Office reported a verbal altercation occurring before shots were fired at Village Square Apartments on Feb. 6. The shooter fled from the scene. Anyone with information is being directed to contact the Crime Stoppers Tip Line. (KXLY Spokane)
- Two Spokane men have been accused of sex crimes against local children. Tony Bolen, 40, and Casey Macgregor, 44, were arrested following an investigation by the Washington State Patrol. Authorities have recovered lewd images of children between the ages of five and ten from the suspects' electronic devices. Anyone with information regarding the case is being directed to contact the proper authorities. (KXLY Spokane)
- The Spokane Regional Emergency Communications Center is having difficulties keeping up with the growing Spokane population. The center handled 35,000 more calls in 2021 compared to data from 2020 and the center is currently hiring to meet that increased demand. The busiest time of day for calls is around 4:00 p.m. with sometimes 14 call takers manning the phone lines at the center. (KREM.com)
