  1. The South Perry Street District of Spokane has been recognized by The Gonzaga Bulletin for its "vibrant local spirit." Perry Street has many shops and businesses offering high-quality food and drinks, such as Perry Street Brewing, Lorien Herbs & Natural Foods, The Shop, and Wellness Tree. Spokane residents should not miss the Thursday farmers market that runs from May to October or the South Perry Street Fair scheduled for Jul. 16, 2022. (The Gonzaga Bulletin)

  3. The City of Spokane has announced plans to rebuild Freya and Thor streets. Currently, the two streets are filled with potholes and transitions from asphalt to concrete.
