- Nonprofit Spokane Mama is supporting local mothers during the pandemic. The nonprofit operates as a networking group, a social group, and a support system for mothers of every developmental stage. The group will be hosting an expo at the Wonder Building on Apr. 23 in an attempt to bring more mothers into the fold. (KREM.com)
- Machine Gun Kelly and Avril Lavigne will perform at the Spokane Arena in July. Machine Gun Kelly performed at the Riverfront Park last fall but is returning for his new Mainstream Sellout tour. Tickets for both performers will go on sale Mar. 28 with prices ranging between $30 and $130. (Inlander)
- Local developer Dan Spalding has filed an application to convert Spokane's Jensen-Byrd Hardware building into a new apartment and retail space. The current structure is 61,000 square feet. The developer wants to turn it into 42 apartments with a 17,000 square foot commercial retail space. (The Spokesman Review)
