  1. Spokane Public Schools is steadily expanding its early learning program but still hasn't caught up with the need. During a presentation to the school board Wednesday night, staff said more than 200 additional preschool slots have been added in various categories. The decline of affordable child care in Spokane has placed added pressure on school districts to fill the gap. (The Spokesman-Review)
  2. A major vehicle accident was reported near the Barker Road exit on I-90 eastbound. Police and emergency crews were on the scene and traffic was backed up nearly to N. Liberty Lake Road. (KHQ Right Now)
  3. Guitarist Carlos Santana is bringing his Blessings and Miracles Tour to the Spokane Arena. The concert is scheduled for early April. (KXLY Spokane)
