Here are the top three stories today in Spokane:

  1. A Spokane man was found dead on E. 4th Avenue on Tuesday morning. The Spokane Valley Police Department responded to a call regarding a man lying on the side of the street. The department is conducting an investigation into the man's death and is asking the community to come forward with any information or footage that could shine some light on the case. (KXLY Spokane)
  2. The Spokane County Library District has announced its seed library program. Spokane gardeners can borrow a selection of seeds that will produce vegetables, herbs, and flowers suited for the Washington climate. Gardeners can also donate seeds to the library. The participating locations are Cheney Library, Fairfield Library, Otis Orchards Library, and the North Spokane Library. (Press Release Desk)
  3. The City of Spokane approved a contract that will study the logistics and price of adding fluoride across the city's system of wells. The contract was approved through a 5-2 vote of the Spokane City Council.
