Police reported the shooting at a Spokane apartment complex around 2:30 p.m. Monday.
SPOKANE, WA - Spokane police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex on the east side of Spokane. Police reported the shooting just before 2:30 p.m. Monday. The shooting took place along the 1000 block of South Westcliff Place, which is north of the John A. Finch Arboretum.
