This week on Page Turner Animal Adventures we are exploring Celebrity Critters. Jump into our Summer 2021: Reading Colors Your World challenge on Beanstack to view new adventures each weekday! You’ll find them all in the Activity Badges section. We hope you have a paw-some time with Page Turner, Kenny, and their friends and special guests! Get ready to roll out the red carpet when a cast of special guests join Kenny and Page during this classic awards-style show! We’re honoring furry friends of the silver screen, hero animals, and presidential pets. CRAFT DAY: CELEBRITY PAW PRINTS Using construction paper, paint, and craft foam, you can create celebrity paw prints worthy of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. AUTHOR/ILLUSTRATOR DAY: PAT CUMMINGS Pat Cummings shares her latest book Where Is Mommy. You’ll also meet a celebrity spider in her book Ananse and the Lizard. Pat is a recipient of the Coretta Scott King and the Boston Globe-Horn Book awards.
