  1. Spokane father Jeff Trefry said he originally thought the COVID-19 vaccines were ineffective and unnecessary — that is, until his 18-year-old daughter Jadyn contracted COVID-19. As his daughter battled a severe illness related to the virus, Trefry started to feel guilty about his former anti-vaccine views. He said he got vaccinated originally because he wanted to stop wearing masks in certain situations. But now, he's sharing a message with other parents. (KREM.com)
  2. A recent data study from SmartAsset ranked Spokane Valley as No. 31 on a list of the most rapidly growing cities in the United States. Spokane Valley's statistics included a 9.19 percent population change over the course of five years as well as an average yearly GDP growth at 4.58 percent. (KREM.com)
  3. Spokane Aerial Performance Arts teaches students to perform with silk ropes in ways that build flexibility, core strength and balance.
