You hear everyone else. Somewhere along the way, you stopped hearing yourself. Find your voice. It never left. Come practice hearing it.
A grown-up circle time, book-club style, for honest sharing and connection. Participants write morning pages from The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron (with two added practices), find words for what they feel, and reconnect with the body through gentle movement. A refreshment break and a closing practice are included. No experience needed, and no pressure to share more than you want to.
