2 Shot At University Place Mobile Home
A man and woman were found shot Monday morning at a home along Hannah Pierce Road.
UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - A man and a woman were found with gunshot wounds inside a mobile home in University Place Monday morning, according to the Tacoma News-Tribune. The shooting happened along the 5700 block of Hannah Pierce Road, and the victims were discovered around 6 a.m. after a 911 call reporting the shooting.
The woman was found with two gunshot wounds to the chest, and the man was shot in the abdomen, Pierce County Sheriff spokesman Ed Troyer told the News-Tribune. The woman was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
There was a 3-year-old girl in the home who was uninjured. Police were investigating what caused the shooting on Monday.
