Alarm Prompts Evacuation Of Curtis High School
The building was evacuated as a precaution, according to West Pierce Fire.

UNIVERSITY PLACE, WA - West Pierce firefighters evacuated Curtis High School in University Place Thursday morning after an alarm went off. West Pierce fire verified there was no fire at the school. The evacuation was done as a precaution, the department said.
Students and staff were let back into the building around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Curtis High School is located at 8425 40th St. West.
