History Comes to Life!

Drum Intermediate School of University Place School District proudly invites you to join us as we celebrate the 12th annual “Night of the Notables,” June 14th, 7:00-8:30pm.  This culminating project is based on Washington State Learning Requirements and allows students the opportunity to showcase their achievement in reading, writing, social studies and art.  Although a 7th grade project, the “Night of the Notables” is really a celebration of three years of intermediate education provided by 5th, 6th and 7th grade teachers who have guided students to achieve their potential.

As you drop a ticket in a student’s box, the student will “become” their notable, bringing history to life; a truly inspiring experience. Please mark your calendars for this very special event! Tickets are .25 cents/ticket and can be purchased at the door. All monies raised will go toward the 7th grade fund for the 2012-2013 school-year.  Also, donate a non-perishable food item and get one ticket free!  Food donations will go to the food bank of the U.P. Families Unlimited Network.
