Introduction to Tea and Tea Tasting $33
This exciting new course will provide each participant with knowledge about the essential components of tea, the six basic tea types, and the various traditional steeping methods one can use in preparing whole leaf tea. Each class participant will have the opportunity to enjoy a representa- tive sample of the six basic tea types over the course of the three class session. (Third class must be registered for separately). This class is a two hour class.

This class will focus on fresh teas that are “in season” as tea has a seasonal production cycle; if available, this will include Washington State grown teas.
