FLAG: How about this?

A Patch blogger writes that if the city installs a flag at the Civic Building, it should go all out.

IF we are going to spend money for a flag, lets do it right. I like this idea.

This is what we should do to the University Place Civic Building. Maybe this would satisfy Councilman Javier Figueroa.
