Congratulations to University Place City Councilman elect, Steve Worthington. Steve handily won election over incumbent Eric Choinier for position #3, by winning in all University Place precincts. Steve brings necessary business experience, and education (a Masters in Public Administration) to a council and city that needs it. Once again, congratulation, Steve!
