The 8th Annual Homestead Park Flower Show and Plant Sale will be held Saturday April 28 from 9am to 5pm and on Sunday April 29 from 10am to 2 pm. This year's show will feature Garden Art vendors in the grassy area as well as an EnviroFair. Plant vendors will be in the patio area outside of city hall. Also new this year, in addition to the Rhododendron Truss show (People's Choice juried) will be a photography exhibit. It will be a People's Choice jury as well. There is lots to see, do and purchase! Proceeds from this event will support the Homestead Park expansion and improvement activities. Local boy scouts will be on hand to help tote your purchases to the car!
Families Unlimited Network will have a food drive to restock the food bank shelves. Bring some canned goods to help fill up the bins.
